Confidentially, I find that Lucy is not a caring beautician, as it feels to me, that she is doing it as a task, rather than as a treat fro clients. For women like myself, who don't have a lot of time for pampering, or a lot of money right now, it might be useful to remind staff that when we come in for a treatment, it is actually a treat/special occasion, at least for me.
